Profiles are part of CRM Role Based Access Control 

This is done by an Admin user. Admin user signs in and goes to Settings> Profiles. Profiles are set in the initial set up of your CRM.  Please view your list of Profiles and note that new Profiles can be added at any time. Here are the steps:
