Leads to CRM from Webforms

Get this plugin and add to your web server 

Web Forms is an addon package for CRM which will direct web leads and web contacts directly to your CRM account. 

System Requirements

Web Server Apache version 2 or higher

Operating System: Linux or Windows

PHP: 4.2 to 5.2

CRM installed on a server  (yourcompany.dataforcecrm.com)

Installation

1. Download Web Forms here.
2. Extract the zip file in your Website.  
3. Modify the config.php file present under yoursite/Lead and yoursite/Contact by adding the location of your CRM server. (yourcompany.dataforcecrm.com)
4. Modify form, lead and contact to your sites design.

Suggestion

Add the Web Form using steps above. Go to yoursite.datforcecrm.com/Leads   . You now see the base webform created by the add on. Test this, add a lead and submit. Go to your CRM to see if lead is entered correctly. You will receive a success message on submit. 

Now view source in your browser. Copy this source to a new page in your site. Edit using your website editor to make the Lead match your site design. 

Important

Adding and editing webforms may be considered a job for your webmaster. Basic unzip and editing of config.php and the web form is needed.  There is no work needed on your CRM server. The zip file and the config is done on the server which your website resides.
