How to Create Email Templates

Email templates can be built and saved in the CRM service. Administrator access is needed. This feature is in Settings>Email Templates.Please follow these steps to create email templates which can be saved to mail to single contacts or mailed to a group of contacts.

  • Go to Settings>Email templates as ADMIN user.
  •  Select NEW TEMPLATE or select existing template to edit.
  • Name your template, add description and folder.
  • Add your Subject
  • Add your text.
  • Save.

Note: the fields to right of form are to merge field names into template. Select where fields reside and copy the merge into your template.

Summary 

Once saved, your template is ready for use. In the CRM forms, lead, contacts, potential and others there is an EMAIL button. When selected the web mail application opens. Note the Select Template option. Click this and select your template.

Templates can be sent to individuals or to groups. Plus contacts, leads, etc. can be selected in forms to do bulk mail.
