CRM Navigation and Home Page
CRM Navigation
The CRM is designed to be easy to use and migrate. Navigation is by
clicking on items just like browsing web sites. At the top of hte CRM
system you have access to different areas and functions to navigate and
to work with the CRM.
- Home Page
- Marketing: to build and track marketing campaigns.
- Sales; to enter, edit and track sales potentials.
- Support: your support queries and FAQs or knowledgebase.
- Analytics: to create and view granular graphical reports.
- Inventory: to manage products, vendors and locations.
- Tools: various communication tools like RSS and IM.
- Settings ; this is the admin area only viewed by admin users.
- Quick Create: a menu to do work fast.
- Search: the global search field.
- My Preferences: to set user views and preferences.
CRM Homepage
After login, you are shown a Home page screen. A block summary of
your most important CRM information is dsiplayed. The content of your
home page can be changed by dragging and dropping and in your
Preferences section. The CRM data is displayed as a graphic and
includes:
- My Top Accounts: list of your top accounts based on potential revenues.
- My Top Open Potentials: list of your top sales opportunities.
- My Group Allocations: CRM entries assigned to a group which you are a member.
- My Trouble Tickets; a list of Customer support queries and actions.
- Key
Metrics: key metrics are customizable views set by you in each form;
leads, potentials, quotes, orders and more. Powerful reporting can be
added to your dashboard using key metrics.
- MyTop Open Quotes: quotes are visible and actionable right on your home dashboard.
- MyTop Open Sales Orders: here are the top open sales orders sorted by amount.
- My top Open Purchase Orders: shows the top sales orders by amount.
- MyTop Open Invoices: here are your top invoices rated by amount.
- My New Leads: any new lead activity assigned to you or entered by you.
- Upcoming Activities: your scheduled meetings and tasks.
- My Recent FAQs: list of entries into the knowledgebase.
